Product quality and safety are the basis of our business, which is why our internal laboratory carries out daily checks on raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.

Each batch of finished product is traced to ensure complete traceability of material and process at any time.

All complaints and reports from consumers are handled by the Quality Department in collaboration with the relevant company areas, in order to provide immediate and effective support to the customer.

R&D, in collaboration with universities and research institutes, is constantly working on the development of new products with high value added that meet customer requirements and on the development of new processes through laboratory tests.

The procurement process is aimed at selecting high quality raw materials and minimising the environmental impacts that may be generated during transport, storage, production, use and disposal by the end user.

The Quality Management System has been ISO 9001 certified since 2014, in order to improve the performance of all company processes, so as to be ready to respond promptly and effectively to the implicit and explicit demands and needs of customers, with a view to continuous improvement.
