SPAA® aims to promote a transparent, continuous and proactive dialogue with all stakeholders, trying to seize new opportunities to develop projects and initiatives that can bring benefits to employees and the community and create value added consistent with the company’s business.
The company is committed to developing the skills and expertise of its employees and to enhancing the professional contribution of each employee by increasing the number of training courses, not only related to health and safety but also aimed at developing and enhancing employees’ skills. SPAA® is also committed to building long-lasting relationships based on the principles of loyalty, mutual trust and cooperation.

In 2020 SPAA® adhered to a sustainable mobility project promoted by the municipality of Città Sant’Angelo, which provided a van equipped with a hydraulic lift to improve the mobility of the elderly, people with disabilities and in difficulties.

OBJECTIVES

In relation to the AGENDA 2030 program for sustainable development signed in September 2015 by the governments of the 193 UN member countries, SPAA® is committed to contributing to the achievement of the goals:
